Glazed Kids Drop-Off Agreement

By signing below, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following terms for their child’s participation in a drop-off event at Glazed:

Arrival and Pick-Up
I agree to drop off my child at the allotted start time for the event they are attending and to pick them up promptly at the designated pick-up time. I understand that timeliness is important for the flow and supervision of the event.

Authorized Pick-Up
I agree that I will not send another person to pick up my child in my place without communicating with Glazed staff on the day of the event.

Late Drop-Off
I understand that if I arrive late for drop-off, no discount, refund, or partial credit will be given.

Late Pick-Up
I understand that if I arrive late for pick-up, Glazed reserves the right to charge a late fee of $20 for every 15 minutes past the designated pick-up time.

Craft and Pottery Pick-Up
I understand that my child may leave the event with a wet craft that must be handled carefully at home. I also understand that any pottery painted during the event will need to be fired and picked up at a later date, typically 7–10 days after the event.

Unclaimed Pottery
I understand that if completed pottery is not picked up within 30 days of the completion date, it will be donated to a local church.
