Clay Witch Hat – Two-Part Clay Class

Get ready for a little Halloween magic! Join us at Glazed to hand-build your very own clay witch hat from scratch. This fully guided class is perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike—no clay experience needed!

During the first class, we’ll walk you step-by-step through building and shaping your witch hat. Make yours whimsical, crooked, spooky, textured, perfectly imperfect, or completely your own! You’ll also have the opportunity to add scratches, patches, textures, and other details that give your hat plenty of handmade character.

This is a two-part class!

Part One – Build:
Create your witch hat from clay with guided instruction. Once finished, your piece will stay with us to dry completely before going through its first kiln firing.

Part Two – Glaze:
Once your witch hat has been fired and is ready, you’ll return to Glazed to glaze your creation! Choose your own colors and finish before we fire it one final time.

Your $36 ticket includes everything you need: clay, materials, tools, guided instruction, glazing, and both kiln firings.

This class is adult and child friendly for ages 8+ and is a fun way to create a handmade Halloween decoration you can bring out year after year.
