Cancellation Policy
“All tickets are non-refundable after October 1. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled Santa Experience, you’re welcome to visit the studio on another date to complete the handprints. However, please note that pricing will remain the same, and no refunds or studio credits will be issued for missing the Santa Experience portion of the event.”
